All Reviews Captaincape 1.0 (02.09.2009) next on the list shame creeps and dirtbags are eskom, these cockroaches seem to think that coz they are the only provider of a shit service they can charge what they like, how they like, fill their pockets with the publics dough, live like fat cats with diamonds for kitty litter and get away with it. well they can and they do. i suggest we all convert to a pay as you go box so these m.f'ers cant rape our wallets any longer with bulshit service charges. have yo ever checked your bill to see the 'service charge'.. her eis how it works, if you go over the quota in your current usage bracket, you are automatically put in a higher usage bracket for the rest of the year, even if it was on a few kJ. now that you are happily cooking away on your stove, toasting in you toaster, watching moives that cut after 20 mins on SABC, make the most of it, coz you are now paying a higher tariff per unit used (for the rest of the year) AND a service charge. the service charge is a penalty that you will pay for the rest of the year at R4 a day! for going over your usage allowance say 6 months ago. you can 'apply' once a year to be reallocated to a lower usage bracket if you go down to the town hall and speak to one of their 'what do you want' employees. i say fuck them!, intall a pre paid box if you can, keep an eye on what you use and when you use it, and no serive charge and cheaper rates. eskom bosses.. may you live in eternal darkness! up yours!
